Hotel Reservations
Our full-contact events require every fighter, trainer and guest to book their stay at the Landmark Hotel. If you live within 45-minutes of the venue, you are not required to book a room. We’ve arranged for you to be granted a discounted room rate coupon to keep your stay affordable.
Your first night’s reservation fee is due when making your reservation. You can pay your room balance in full before arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive. If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there is a 2.5% fee that will be charged.
Everyone MUST Book Under the Block in Order to Get the DISCOUNTED Rates if you live 45 miles from the venue. Rates are subject to change from what is listed below. Thanks

Note: Rates Are subject to change from what is listed: An oceanfront bedroom with two double beds. In the living room, there is a double pull down wall bed for extra sleeping space, a sofa and a TV. A full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, coffee maker as well as basic dinnerware and cookware. Plus, a private oceanfront balcony off the living room.
